Choose to Challenge

Today (March 8) is International Women’s Day (IWD), a global day to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women and call for the acceleration of women’s equality. This year, in recognition that “a challenged world is an alert world and from challenge comes change,” IWD is asking people to #ChooseToChallenge to make a difference for women.

With a strong belief that our flexible approach to work and professional development is good for all our staff, we choose to challenge traditional working practices.

TBSJ has long believed that a flexible working environment with flexible and varied opportunities for professional development is the key to happy, valued team members.

We do everything we can to accommodate staff as they navigate the intersections in their life—points where other employers might require them to make a choice between a job and something personal, whether that is having a baby or caring for elderly parents. By retaining our team, we continue to grow the cumulative skills, experiences, and abilities within TBSJ, which is great news for us and for our clients.

Join us and millions of others who support diversity and inclusion.
